Executive Chef Arthur’s decade of global experience and skill in Asian street food and high-end cuisine has framed an extensive menu which will satisfy any diner; from the most refined palate to the skeptic or novice. At Karuma, Chef Saks strips the typical “Asian-fusion” concept to marry French technique, Americana touch and international influences including Indian and Mediterranean. A born and bred New Yorker, the young, veteran chef cemented his name into the NYC culinary scene by leading the kitchens of SoCo and Streets in Brooklyn before taking the helm at Karuma Asian Supperclub.

The Culinary Institute of America alumni and art enthusiast will collaborate with Executive Chef Arthur Saks to introduce urban Asian-American cuisine to the booming Midtown culinary scene.
